If you do not find your answers below, please contact us for more information

1.  Warranty - You have made an investment in quality products with warranty coverage.  In most cases the warranty and claim info is included in the box with instructions. Typical warranties are one year again manufacturing defects but each manufacturer may have their own specifics.  Please contact the manufacturer for defect or contact us to help your out.

2.  Spare Parts - We realize that over time some components may fail.  Please contact the manufacturer for info or us to ensure you get the correct component.

3.  Status of order - Contact us by email with your order number and we can give you info on the status of the order.  We strive to ship within a week if in stock.

4.  Deliver - Delivery is provided by a variety of delivery companies.  You will receive a tracking number when the items have shipped.

5.  Time of Delivery - Unfortunately we do not off the possibility to book your delivery date or time.

6. Returns - You have 30 days to return the item in the original box and with no damage.  Once we receive the return and confirm there is no damage you will receive your complete refund.

7.  Pricing - We believe we have the lowest pricing in the industry.  If you find the identical item at a lower pricing within 30 days of your purchase we will refund you the difference.  Written proof is required
